Hey Sursusio, The dry ice is stiring around in my head. I'm not exactly sure what temp my water needs to be, But after I get the room down I think 60 going through the radiator(s) should be about right to hold it down, I'm gathering up a few things to play with this weekend, I'v got a few different ideas, as well as a deep freezer Mildred.
I've found dry ice that is cheap and easy to get and if I can incorpriate a way to get it to cool water and provide extra co2 to the room, that would be the ticket. I'm going to pick some up to experiment with on the way home from work tomorow.
I'll let ya'll know how everything turns out.
Yea Mclovin, Finding the right house is a challenge, But jewish book keepers are always a help on the financial end. I've also been thinking about changing over to soil for a go round, I've got a few moms in soil, And an auto or two to see how they do. Really depends on how well I get this room under controll what I'll be doing over the rest of the summer. But this heat is killing me.
Well guys/girls stay cool and I'll let yall know how everything works out this weekend.
Later RED

watcher wait about 30 minutes after the light is on to add some CO2 cuz the stomatas (think it's those not sure) aren't all open and are just waking up so give them 30 or so

Hey grow buddies Well the redneck ac works, Not the easiest to maintain but never the less, I can keep the room around 80 and it seems to be a bit of a dehumidifer as well. As well as shut the lts off during the heat of the day, Hell It's about time for a nice outdoor run any whoooo! Got a good bit of clones ready to set out so..... But I'm getting closer as time passes to getting things figured out, Still got a long road to get it how I want but step by step. Well besides that, Officially unemployed or self employed as of tomorrow morning. Tired of the shit and got an ok amount of side work laying around so decided to make a change and go for my own again. Sorry out of topic but just on the mind how I'm breaking that out at 7:00 am to my crew. Well back on topic, I'm thinking that the duct chillers and inllines will defeate the need for ac and throw some co2 in there and I'll be golden, so theres my next goal, Really wanting twin flip flops burning within the years end. Well buds, Stay coolll!! P.S. I'll clean out my cam and get some pics up, It's been quite a while and this round will be worthy of a few pics. Later RED

you putting some moms outside Red cuz whatever you put outside is gonna start to flower so veg those fuckers and is this outside hydro or soil. Soil is cool but soiLESS is da shit (isn't that right Mildred) but soil is the least hands on with the plants or maintenance as it's less waterings.

Hey Mcl, I'm thinking about throwing a few outside. Not my mothers, just a few of the clones.
So whats the deal with the soiless?
I've got a few in soil to become moms. Jungle growth 75% and black cow 25% and perlite from Lows. Seems to be ok so far. But soiless? That's like soil but not, Right? You could clue me in a bit on soiless cause I know nothing about it, The hempy buckets, flood and drain tables, And the ebb n grow is all I've really worked with, I've asked a few questions about soil but never had much luck. My widow almost died, I potted up and she seems to be making a come back. I've heard that repotting needs to be done every few months for your moms any way, I'm not sure exactly what I did but when she got sick I flushed out, and tried to regaing control but things weren't looking good so I pulled out, trimmed the roots, and gave her a new home. she's starting to show new growth now so hopefully she'll take off again. I've had her close to a year now. Really a survivor strain if it is true widow.
Well about the soiless, get with me on that cause I'd like to try a few, The dro can be so unforgiving sometimes.
Holla holla

Soilless are mixes like Black Gold Coco (coco is a hydro medium but you can run it in a few setups), Sunshine mixes like 1 and 4, Promix BX is another popular one as well. Soilless are usually peat, vermiculite, perlite, a long lasting wetting agent in the Sunshine mixes....... but nothing that has nutritional value or can feed the plant so you supply their intake like hydro. It's better yields than soil and you can feed with liquid nutes or add some ammendments like worm castings, guano or mix up a tea of sorts and with the soilless you aim for about 6.1-6.2 ph going in and you're fine and they don't tend to hold water as long as soil so they are more wet/dry cycles like you would get with a hydro setup. Prolly not gonna be as cheap as that stuff from Lowes though lol but my coco and perlite is pretty cheap but I get a 3.5 cubic foot bag of perlite for about 24 bucks or so and a bale of Sunshine or Promix will hit me up for 60 after tax. Just something to look into if you're not gonna do hydro inside part of the year

I've got one big barrel (100 gals) of water for everything - in the ground, in pots, in coco, in peat - the lot my dearies. Take water from the local spring (ph 9.2), add mild ferts + mag, then ph down it to 6.5 - seems ok. Less use of the PH pen that way. PS. McL. Those clones I sucked are happy monsters. Cloning them tomorrow to veg in the sun then finnish in the box in Autumn. Gonna cross it to a lowryder auto - see what occurs. And definately getting some OCF green pheno involved. Clones must be the Seed Companies nightmare. Along with people like me dearies.

Well over the last week I've actually started to get some growing again!!!! Keeping the temps under 90 still hot but doable with the fans. The newest on the table is doing what I'm used to seeing and passing up the ones that were cooked, Sexing has started on the older ones that were fried, So at least I know that the auto traits are there in the seeds.
Asides from that things are starting to look good again in the room,
Been looking into Liquid Lumins for my future lighting systems, Has anyone heard or experianced anything about their products? Besides being pricy They look like they may be the best cooled lighting I've seen. Any input on those would be appricated.
Stay cool

never heard of Liquid Lumens and I'm up to date on lighting Red and is it watercooled like Master C said. If so they recommend like 55 gallon reservoir that is outside of the room or inside, water pump goes the whole time it can't shut off or you'll get algae but something about water and electricity so close together just gives me the heebie jeebies bro and there is nothing like some good ole cfm's on an air cooled hood bring outside air through ducting and back outside dumping heat (if it's airtight you don't need a filter on that)
